Information prior to using

This is a pilot system. If the system is used to inappropriately book appointments, the practice will not continue using it.
Please note: this is not a triage system but rather a system to help you navigate to an appropriate appointment. For medical advice, please contact your clinic directly.
If you are experiencing chest pain, breathing difficulties, one sided weakness, collapse or slurred speech - please call 999. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please call 111 (option 2)
If you are not able to use the navigation pathway or are not able to book an appointment through the pathway, please complete an E-Consult or if unable to, contact the clinic on 0345 900 78 51 The practice opening hours are 08:00-18:30 Monday to Friday.
