This is a pilot system. Therefore, if it is used to inappropriately book appointments, then it will not be implemented in the GP.
If you are experiencing chest pain, breathing difficulties, one sided weakness, collapse or slurred speech - please call 999. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please call 111 (option 2)
If you are not able to use the navigation pathway, please complete an E-Consult or if unable to complete an E-Consult, contact the clinic on 0345 900 78 51
